Lightning conductors and other lightning protection devices and measures must be implemented according to the project documentation. The project must take into account all circumstances that may affect the design and implementation of lightning protection or other lightning protection measures.
In particular, the electrical safety of the protection to be installed must be taken care of so that the lightning discharge current is led to the ground without undesirable consequences for the protected object.
Before commissioning, the lightning conductor and grounding according to ČSN 33 1500 and ČSN 33 200-6 must be inspected on the built equipment and a revision report issued. The lightning conductor must not be put into operation without this document. Subsequently, prescribed periodic revisions must be carried out within the set deadlines.
